Thank you! 🙏 Grateful for the reminder to notice what initially triggers the particular hindrance – for me this was important because it helped me realize that piece I was not readily picking up on. Yes, I am recognizing and working through the hindrance, but only after it has been running for a period of time, sometimes short or long period of time depending on the nature of the particular hindrance. Also appreciated the reminder of the five – some can be easy to forget that they are actually hindrances.

    1. I’m so glad that this is proving helpful! Hindrances can be so subtle and sneaky. Good for us every time we can notice and identify one – no matter how long it’s been running. Keep up the great work!
